Middle & High School Girls
Shame, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues…
…among a myriad of other issues, can paralyze our teens. They keep them from living their best years that can launch them into their best future.
When teens feel stuck during these years, we worry that it will negatively impact, or even close doors for college and future job opportunities.
Naturally, as a parent you are worried and want to find a counselor who can help.
But, what if they don’t “feel like” going to counseling?
We hear that all the time, don’t we?
They didn’t do something because they didn’t “feel like it
Feelings are fleeting, and we should not do something based on whether we feel like it or not.
Instead, I coach my teens to ask themselves the following questions:
What’s in my best interest to do?
What will help me achieve my future hopes and goals?
Help is here.
I’ll come alongside your teen as a coach who wants to help them live their best life possible.
In my experience as a middle school teacher, I became an expert at motivating teenagers to take the steps that were in their best interest, even if they didn’t “feel like it.”
Increase your teen’s confidence.
They’ll learn to take ownership of their future and know that they control the outcomes of their life.
This is no time to sit idly – it’s time to prepare yourself for the best future with the most options.
You’re worth it.
And to be honest, you may think you want a “neutral third party” to come alongside and speak truth into your teen, but you don’t.
You want someone who will cheer on your teen, celebrate their successes, and help them navigate their challenges. I am so in favor of your child living their best life possible – and there’s nothing neutral about that.
Your teen becoming the best, most God-loving, Jesus-honoring version of themselves is my life’s passion.
Message me or call me today, and you’ll hear back from me by the end of the day tomorrow.
